ABOUT DONATING

All donations to the Pointe du Hoc Foundation will be used directly for 2d Battalion Rangers and their families.

PDHF will provide benevolent and charitable support through the following strategic goals:

  • Support the Ranger Scholarship Fund
  • Life skills development counseling and seminars
  • Unit morale and welfare activities
  • Sustaining the 2d BN Ranger Memorial Park built in tribute to the fallen

The Pointe du Hoc Foundation is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization  (EIN: 45-1716189) and all contributions are tax deductible.

  • Distinguished or Honorary Members of the 75th Ranger Regiment
  • Any Ranger, from any era and duty position, ranks PVT-SGT, WO1, and 1LT and below, who served honorably with lineage tied to the 2d Ranger BN. Must have successfully served a minimum of 18 months.
  • Any era Ranger, regardless of rank, who served honorably with lineage tied to the 75th Ranger Regiment. Must have successfully served a minimum of three years.

  • Rangers killed in action or training
  • NCOs and Officers, from any era with lineage tied to 2d Ranger BN. Must have successfully served the minimum rank/assignments for 18 months or more. Minimum Rank and duty assignment requirements:
  • NCO: SSG and above; squad leader, section leader equivalent duty position
  • Officer: CPT and CW2 and above; platoon leader and above equivalent
  • Lower ranks/duty positions may be approved by-exception through selection board

Walkway Stone - $150

Any individual interested in supporting the project may purchase a stone (approx. 8″x4″) that will be placed in one of two walkways leading into the 2d Ranger Battalion Memorial.

With free text limited to 20 characters/line (including spaces), this stone may be purchased by anyone to support 2d Ranger Battalion or honor a Ranger.

PDHF recognizes individuals and organizations for large charitable donations. As loyal sponsors to our organization, large donations are recognized with a stone placed in the perimeter of the 2d Ranger Battalion Memorial. The design of the 2d Ranger Battalion Memorial Park includes six black granite pillars, each bearing a stanza of the Ranger Creed inscribed with gold lettering, encompassing the philosophy of our modern Rangers.  The Creed reflects the spirit, discipline, and duty of all Rangers in peace and war; and is the source that binds through loyalty the individual to his Ranger buddies and to his unit.
